Description
METCE Hungary is looking for a new colleague for the position of Accounts Receivable Intern within its dynamically growing and professionally dedicated Engineering and Energy Services team. As part of the Swiss-based MET Group, our company is a member of MET Central Europe Sales, which is active in energy trading and energy efficiency services in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Tasks
  • Direct collaboration with the Finance Executive Director and Finance Managers.
  • Daily/weekly support: participating in management meetings, tracking tasks, and preparing short, structured summaries.
  • Preparing analyses (credit, financing) and analyzing post-month-end closing reports.
  • Credit & financing analyses: e.g., analyzing trends in overdue receivables / analyzing financing plans.
  • Month-end reports: identifying budget vs. actual variances, causal analysis of changes between specific lines of financial statements.
  • Project or rotational tasks: practical participation in treasury, invoicing, procurement, or controlling areas.
  • Deeper involvement in the work of operational areas based on individual fields of interest.
