Description
We are looking for a reliable, proactive student employee for the position of administrative assistant at our event center, who is willing to participate in the daily support of the facility manager's work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the processes of running the facility and gain experience in organizational and administrative tasks. We are looking for a candidate who likes to think in systems, communicates well with others, and is happy to contribute to daily operations and team support. If you are a university student with a minimum of 3 days and 20 hours of free time per week from Monday to Friday and are interested in the above position, we look forward to hearing from you!
Tasks
  • Supporting the facility manager in their daily work
  • Filing invoices
  • Compiling postal letters and other documents
  • Preparing monthly accounts
  • Preparing performance certificates
  • Active participation in event organization
  • Purchasing and ordering catering and other products
  • Preparing weekly schedules
  • Summarizing student attendance records
  • Administering daily reports for employees
  • Performing other administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Handling and forwarding any issues that arise
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Performing bar and reception duties on an ad hoc basis
