We are looking for a new member to join our team at our long-established restaurant in City Park, part of the Eventrend Group!

• Welcoming guests, taking coats and umbrellas
• Greet guests politely upon arrival, give them a brief introduction and offer to take their coats, umbrellas and larger bags. Help them take off their coats if necessary.
• Store coats and bags professionally
• Careful, organized storage of clothing and luggage in a designated, clean, and secure location, with a focus on preserving the condition of guests' belongings.
• Handing over and handling tickets
• Provide a unique ticket for each item of clothing or luggage stored. Hand over the ticket to the guest with a brief explanation that it must be presented upon departure.
• Continuous supervision of coats and packages
• Supervision of the cloakroom throughout the entire service.
• Returning coats and packages
• Upon departure, coats and packages are returned quickly, politely, and accurately based on the ticket. 
• Saying goodbye to guests

• Basic level of English
• friendly, smiling, helpful, polite attitude
