Tasks
Independently managing service-related matters for contracted clients
Maintaining communication with clients via phone and online channels
Collecting, entering, and recording data in various IT systems
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and statistics based on collected data
Organizing incoming contracts and maintaining records
Monitoring contract deadlines and managing administrative platforms
Preparing documents required for financial settlements
Liaising between the sales department and other internal teams
Expectations
Excellent knowledge of Excel and confident use of Microsoft Office programs
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Outstanding communication skills, customer orientation, and assertive communication style
Ability to perform precise data analysis and provide customer support
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate
Accurate and thorough work performance
High level of systematic thinking
Secondary education (minimum requirement)
