Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality intern to join our close-knit team, someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you’re interested in the world of hospitality and want to learn from professionals in a supportive setting, this is the place for you. We’ll help you become confident both behind the counter and when interacting with guests!
Tasks
Serving at the counter and attending to guests
Preparing, plating, and packaging food orders
Handling phone orders
Washing dishes and keeping the work area clean
Performing closing duties and tidying up at the end of the day
Expectations
Active full-time student status (preferably studying hospitality, but this is a plus, not a requirement)
Commitment of at least 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Reliability and punctuality: when we agree on something, it’s important that we can count on you
Guest-focused attitude: be friendly, approachable, and resourceful at the counter
Attention to cleanliness: maintain a high standard for your workspace and tasks (dishwashing, tidying up)
Long-term mindset: we are looking for a team member who is planning to stay beyond just a couple of weeks
Offerings
Friendly atmosphere: This isn’t a cold, corporate environment — everyone here is approachable and ready to support each other.
Flexible schedule: We ask for 20 hours per week, which we can adapt around your studies from Monday to Friday.
Real professional experience: You’ll be thrown right into the action (serving at the counter, food preparation, handling orders), giving you hands-on experience and a true understanding of the trade.
Excellent Buda location: Work in a calm, elegant area in Budapest’s XI District.
Is an advantage
Relevant studies: If you are currently studying hospitality and want to complete your required internship with us.
Relevant experience: If you have worked at a counter, café, or restaurant (but even if you don’t have prior experience, we welcome enthusiastic candidates).
Local knowledge: If you live or study in or near Budapest’s XI District, making Daróczi Street easily accessible for you.
Immediate start: If you are available to begin as soon as next week.
