Description
The Conscious Student School Cooperative has been a key player in the domestic labor market since 2019. Starting in 2023, we will also be involved in full-time staffing and recruitment. Our goal is to provide our partners with the highest level of service, with the effective involvement of our youthful team.
Tasks
  • Searching for and finding new partners
  • Cold calls, LinkedIn and email-based searches
  • Preparing offers, managing the contract signing process
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
Expectations
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (in an office environment)
  • Commitment to working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  • Confident communication skills on the phone and in person
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Confident use of Office programs
