Would you like to be part of a professional team helping to organize special events? We are looking for students to help move furniture and equipment in our event venue, under professional supervision. If you are not afraid of physical challenges and would like to work flexible hours, we look forward to receiving your application!
Tasks
Venue setup: Precise movement and arrangement of tables, chairs, and other event equipment based on the professional plan.
Logistical support: Loading, unloading, and moving equipment within the building.
Moving equipment: While modern aids (trolleys) are used, a significant part of the work requires manual labor.
Professional cooperation: Close collaboration with the on-site staff and event coordinators.
Expectations
Good physical fitness: The job is physically demanding, so we are looking for someone who can handle all-day (or night-time) movement and exertion.
Reliability and precision: It is important that you arrive on time for your shift and take care of the equipment entrusted to you (tables, decorations) during transport.
Team spirit: You must be able to work quickly and efficiently with other members of the team to ensure the successful completion of the event.
Valid full-time student status.
Offerings
Competitive hourly wage: Special pay for night and weekend shifts.
Maximum flexibility: You decide when you can come in – you can easily coordinate your schedule with your university studies or exam periods.
Exclusive environment: You can work at one of Budapest's most prestigious event venues, gaining insight into the world of major domestic and international events.
Long-term opportunity: If you perform reliably, we can offer you continuous work throughout the year.
Close-knit team: A youthful staff and supportive professional management, where you are not just a number on a list.
Is an advantage
Similar experience: if you have worked in removals, warehousing, or event construction.
