Tasks
Handling incoming calls in German
You will assist our partner's potential German customers with scheduling appointments - coordinating appointments with them and handling cancellations
Handling complaints
Making outgoing calls to schedule hearing tests with potential customers
You will handle call-back requests
You will administer calls in the appropriate system, with the appropriate level of detail
