Lion's Locker is a modern, friendly breakfast spot in Budapest's 6th district, where quality ingredients, good coffee, and a friendly atmosphere come together. Most of our guests are regulars, and our team works in a close-knit, fast-paced, yet human-scale environment. As a kitchen assistant, you will be involved in preparing breakfast and brunch dishes and supporting the daily operations of the kitchen.

• Assisting two fellow chefs in their work
• Preparing high-quality ingredients (washing, cutting, preparing)
• Serving traditional and new-wave breakfasts
• Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean, complying with hygiene regulations
• Rinsing dishes, preparing them for washing (you don't have to wash them yourself)

• Reliability and accurate work
• Commitment to at least two days out of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with a minimum of one weekend day.
• Good physical fitness
• Compliance with basic hygiene rules
